there are quite some python scripts available on the web, who allow to control a fan via GPIO pins.
As well there is a way to control the Raspberry own fan as we describe on our GitHub https://github.com/MichaIng/DietPi/issues/4003#issuecomment-751254845
Maybe you would need to ask the manufacture of the fan what would be the best way.
