Do I have to followed commands from raspberry pi or dietpiCAM commands for rpi camera? 
Can I downloaded picamera?

DietPi-Cam is based on RPi-Cam-Web-Interface - eLinux.org with modifications for automated installation, optimization and intergration into DietPi.
You can follow the commands for RPI-camwebinterface.
