# DietPi-Sync Dry Run All Wet?

I’m using v6.17.12 (Native PC - x86\_64). I noticed that sometimes a DietPi-Sync dry run took an awfully long time, as though it were doing an actual backup. Also noticed the error below (snippet from the File Viewer):

2018/11/09 05:11:04 [23165] rsync: link\_stat “/tmp/DietPi-Sync/n” failed: No such file or directory (2)  
2018/11/09 05:11:04 [23165] \*deleting .dietpi-sync\_stats

Are there any known issues with DietPi-Sync?

Could you cd to the directory above?

If its there check the permissions, if not create it and try again.
