Just out of curiosity, have you tried to regenerate the certificate and private key that you use? I don’t think that’s the problem, but it is where the problem arises, so could you see if that solves it? If that is the solution, then could you PM me the bad private key?
Removed the certificate and key, reinstalled dietpi-dashboard, saw new cert/key generated.
Made a https request. Same segfault ![]()

Hence everyone who is currently affected can fix it with a reinstall:
dietpi-software reinstall 200
Then HTTPS can be enabled again.
