Audio Equalizer

Hello!
As you probably have already guessed by my posts, the main use of my Pi’s is as audio server and client.
DietPi is great, since it allows easy and fast installation of many audio “systems” like mopidy and squeezebox server.
There’s only one thing missing, IMHO: an equalizer.
Would it be possible to add one in a future release?
There are a few out there, but most of them are GUIs that run in a desktop environment.
I have found this, though:

Which should be light and tiny enough to be a perfect addition to DietPi.
I haven’t had the time to try to install it manually, but I will try ASAP. But would this be of interest to DietPi and to other users as well?

Didn’t realize that DietPi-JustBoom also worked with different soundcards!
My bad.
I’m going to wear sackcloth and ashes.

Hehe no worries. It was originally designed for Justboom DAC’s, however, as DietPi-JustBoom grew with more options, we added support for all sound cards.

Great job!

Should DietPi-JustBoom work with the onboard Broadcom sound card?
Whenever I turn on EQ, the sound stops, I’m using the HDMI port for sound.

Thanks
